MBA Finance and Systems with 12 years of International projects and Offshore IT industry experience. Vineet has been involved in setting up dedicated offshore IT labs for customers like Canon, Dominos, Best Buy and other small and medium US based companies. As Vice President (Offshore Business) in his earlier organization, he was responsible for P&L and headed a team of more than 300 software professionals. A good writer, he has written for many publications and newspapers. He has had stints with media industry and has strong process understanding of media, retail, finance and consumer goods industry. Vineet brings to Xceed his Offshore IT industry experience, large project management bandwidth and overall business Strategy perspective.

Sabina Kamal - COO

A Bachelor of Fine Arts and visual communications, Sabina has spent more than 14 years in the Print, web and Interactive media. She has handled international brands like Sony, TVS, Canon, Ricoh, Archies, Nirulas, Dominos, John Deere in her career and is herself a User Interface Engineering expert. A hands on technology person, she has build large offshore teams of more than 150 IT and Design professionals and managed larger project deliveries. She brings to Xceed industry experience, Operations Management bandwidth and strong Project / Team Management Processes.

Dr KC Narang - Director

A PHD from IIT Delhi and 35 years of Industry experience, KCN brings process knowledge, financial efficiency and international exposure to Xceed. Dr KCN has worked with large international companies as a consultant to advise on R&D, Strategy and operations. He is an ISO quality Auditor and is an expert in the construction, building materials and Energy sector. He has handled large implementations of ERP and has been involved in set up EDP / MIS departments for large organizations.

Chandra Shekhar - Head Solutions

An Engineer / MBA, Chandra is a techno-commercial person with 7 years experience in the IT industry. Chandra a veteran of the Dot com era, has handled large portal development projects. A Microsoft technology expert himself, Chandra has worked on large ASP and .NET implementations for US and UK customers. He has handled over 50 member teams to work on applications like Channel Partner Automation, CRM, SFA Implementation and more. He brings project management, technology and team management expertise to Xceed.

Anoop Srivastava - Head Technology

A Msc. in Computer Science with 8 years experience in the IT industry, Anoop is a Java / J2EE expert. His extensive technology knowledge and experience of handling complex technology projects adds huge value to the technical team at Xceed. He has worked with large US based Software Product companies to create and manage dedicated technical teams. His hands-on expertise in coding, Project Management, technology research and implementation is key to the success of Xceedlabs. He has worked on windows level programming, has done path breaking work in building tools for the visually impaired and is an expert in web based business application development.
