The company has created an innovative strategy to capture a large share of this otherwise unorganized market. The company has a strong workforce of Graphics Designers and Web designers and has started working with Small and Medium web design firms across US and Europe to provide dedicated offshore teams. These small customers hire a small team from Xceed, they get expert management and trained teams to help augment their business. According to the CEO, Vineet Narang, this is an effective sales strategy for us. US based web design firms have access to many small and medium customers and need resources to service their clients. Also access to Xceed teams gives them the power to expand their customers."
