XceedLearning expands relationship with Finance Training Provider Noida based, Xceed IT Solutions has expanded its relationship with one of the leading US based Finance Training organization.

Xceed is in the process of setting up a mini-ODC for this customer and plans to partner with them even in sales for the India market. According to CEO, Vineet Narang, our business focus is to provide customers with efficient offshore teams and help them set up optimum Offshore operations. We provide a combination of skills for the customer to run their complete operations out of India."
The Xceed mini-ODC would provide this customer technology services in Lotus Notes, back office Operations, Sales Support, QA Testing services, Content Development, E-learning and graphic design services. Xceed is setting up a dedicated lab for this customer with all facilities, robust servers, Video conferencing facility to ensure seamless operations. Going forward, Xceed teams would travel onsite to learn more about the customer processes and would finally also handle complete CRM activities from India.
According to Vineet, "this is an ideal scenario for us, where we work closely with the client as partners to grow their operations, teams and create economies of scale. We are still working on creating the ideal lab for them and once established in the right manner, it could have a huge positive impact on their cost structure and hence bottom line."
